My husband and I wanted a specific car - GT500 - and went to meet Dustin to test drive it. Naturally, we fell in love with it, but sadly on the first (few) goes, it wasn’t meant to be. To our benefit, Dustin didn’t accept that, and worked relentlessly and diligently to get us into our dream car. Incredible doesn’t begin to describe Dustin. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we got that car. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish (and it’s the cherry on top that he’s a gear head like us, so he gets it). Dustin also brought in Max in finance. To say miracle worker would be the understatement of the century. He’s the best finance guy we’ve ever worked with. Truly. They both kept in constant contact and explained every detail thoroughly. If you’re looking for exceptional service, and people who genuinely care about their customers, we can’t recommend them enough.

I recently took in my Audi S4 For a gearbox malfunction. I had an appointment scheduled with Elijah Cazares who may I say did a fantastic job navigating me through the entire process. I dropped the vehicle off for a diagnostic, Elijah then reached out to me within a few days and explained everything that was going on and if I wanted to proceed with the repairs. I also had warranty thru Audi and an extended warranty that he was able to utilize for me. It was repaired and ready to go within a week’s time. Elijah was very communicative through the entire process which made everything a breeze. I will be taking my Audi S4 to Elijah at Audi North Austin for any future repairs.
