I drove by Audi North Austin hoping to get my Q4 Etron in for it's scheduled maintenance without an appointment. These guys were phenomenal. My service advisor Ricardo Ramirez put me in between appointments it was perfect. Ricardo offered me an Uber ride home with an option of also returning in an Uber to pick up my vehicle. This process was so seamless and stress-free! I accepted the Uber home. Meanwhile, I was kept in the loop about my vehicle and how it was performing on all inspection points through an actual video! When my car was ready Ricardo called me and my husband took me to pick it up. The service I receive from Audi is always top notch. When I received my SUV it was cleaned inside and out! There is no question why we have been proud owners of Audi's for the past 7 years, it's the service and care that they provide that keeps us in the family.
