Not too many people own Maserati automobiles, but I do. I brought my 2019 Maserati Quattroporte GTS Gransport from San Antonio up to Austin and Maserati of Austin for a major repair on the air conditioning system. I have the pleasure of dealing with Sebastian one of the service advisors and he went out of his way to make certain everything was taken care of in a very professional manner. He also had to deal with my aftermarket Extended Warranty company. He did get them to increase the amount they were going to pay for the repair. I still had out-of-pocket expenses, but not nearly as much as was asked for in San Antonio. Further they provided me with a loaner to use while my car was there for the repair. Actually it was a very nice loaner, a 2025 Alfa Romeo Tonale, a high-spirited compact SUV for lack of a better term. All in all, the repair was done perfectly at my air conditioning system is working quite well again. Thank you to the repairman who I did not meet, and again to Sebastian and the people at Maserati of Austin for their outstanding service.

Incredible service together with unsurpassed professionalism. The employees were very polite, professional, and very respectful towards customers in both in person and with communications outreach. Eon Thomas was exceptional in his ability to deliver top-notch service and was truly instrumental in helping me become a new owner of a gorgeous Maserati. I know this seems like a glowing review but that's because it truly is -- Unlike other dealerships that would be dismissive, condescending, or excessively friendly / encroaching upon personal space for the means to secure a deal, this dealership treated the customer with utmost respect without sacrificing any good will or professionalism in doing so. Very impressed and the employees here definitely carried themselves in a different caliber. Well done.
