I recently purchased my long time dream vehicle (QX80) from Georgetown Infiniti and had a wonderful experience! I was upfront from the beginning that the trade in value on the truck I was bringing in mattered since I had purchased it only a year prior and knew I would likely owe more than I was going to get in trade in value. I also was transparent in where I needed my overall monthly payments to be when it was all said and done. The car I purchased was in immaculate condition so I knew I wanted it. Grant (Sales), Chris (GM) and Chris (Finance) really listened to my asks and while it took hours to get it done, I walked out of there feeling good about where we landed. During my time at the dealership, they treated my like a valuable customer well before the deal was done. From asking about my family to feeding me lunch - they made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Grant and Joey were awesome. All The salespeople were very helpful. Arc (THE RUSSIAN ) is what I started calling him -sales manager made our numbers work and an all around down to earth kinda guy. The finance gentleman was also very good. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything else . Overall a great experience with the sales team.
