I'm beyond thrilled with my CPO 2023 Cayenne GTS! This was my first Porsche purchase. I really would have liked to purchase my first Porsche locally in Virginia, however inventory has been limited. I spent approximately 3 months looking, considering 911s, Macans, and eventually decided on the Cayenne. My driveway requires that I have an SUV if I want to park my "special" car in my garage. In the end the Cayenne GTS was the perfect combination of size and performance. I'm grateful for the very user friendly PorscheFinder.com tool and the ability to search nearby and nationwide. I eventually made contact with Jack Gabel at Porsche Austin and he would be the salesperson to assist me throughout the out of area buying process. I only had interest in this specific vehicle so we didn't have to discuss much more than the specifics of this Cayenne. This was my 4th out of area car purchase, my 3rd where the vehicle had to be shipped to me. This is also my 5th German V8 powered SUV purchased in the last 5 years. And what a difference with the Porsche driving experience, wow! Jack did a great job helping me with my out of area purchase. Super professional and great to chat with. He made sure I had access to photos and any additional data I was looking for including the details about the CPO inspection. Ashley Morrison, the Finance Manager, was wonderful to work with and made the financing process a real breeze, even out of area. I had to meet a mobile notary locally in my area and she helped coordinate that with ease. I even received updates from the service department as the vehicle was getting prepped to ship to me. From initial contact to purchase was just under a week and from purchase to arriving in my driveway was 2 weeks. A little longer than I would have liked, but worth the wait! I would absolutely purchase from Porsche Austin again and would be very happy to work with Jack and Ashley again as well. The Porsche Cayenne GTS has exceeded my expectations! I've formally owned an Audi SQ8 and RSQ8 and this Cayenne GTS has something extra special that's hard to describe. Off to enjoy!

I recently purchased my long time dream vehicle (QX80) from Georgetown Infiniti and had a wonderful experience! I was upfront from the beginning that the trade in value on the truck I was bringing in mattered since I had purchased it only a year prior and knew I would likely owe more than I was going to get in trade in value. I also was transparent in where I needed my overall monthly payments to be when it was all said and done. The car I purchased was in immaculate condition so I knew I wanted it. Grant (Sales), Chris (GM) and Chris (Finance) really listened to my asks and while it took hours to get it done, I walked out of there feeling good about where we landed. During my time at the dealership, they treated my like a valuable customer well before the deal was done. From asking about my family to feeding me lunch - they made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend considering these guys when looking to purchase your next vehicle.

Grant and Joey were awesome. All The salespeople were very helpful. Arc (THE RUSSIAN ) is what I started calling him -sales manager made our numbers work and an all around down to earth kinda guy. The finance gentleman was also very good. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything else . Overall a great experience with the sales team.

Audi North has always taken great care of me since owning my Q8 and they provide great service. Ricardo in service recently took care of me and he was very professional and communicated very well in any updates regarding my car. Definitely recommend him and this location in general.

Exceptional service and a nice, modern facility. Gianna, Lucas, and Steven in service greeted me promptly and made sure to understand my vehicle's needs. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and it's well-stocked with snacks and drinks to make my wait time more tolerable. I'm impressed with this dealership, and I'll be bringing my Infiniti for service here from now on! Update 9/2025: I'm still working with Lucas after all this time, and he is fantastic! I would definitely entrust my Infiniti to his expertise.

I pretty much knew what I wanted but Ozzy, my salesman, caught on quick and helped me fine the best car for me for a good price. Very professional. I had limited time and Ozzy was able to get it all done quickly for me.

Paul was so easy to work with! He was very laid back and helpful throughout my whole career buying process. He got the car cleaned up very nicely for me and had it parked right in front waiting for me.

My service advisor, Jade Pope, is an absolute rock star — professional, knowledgeable, and always makes the process smooth and stress-free. Even though I live in North Austin, I choose to drive down here because the level of service and care is worth it every time. Highly recommend this location to any Porsche owner looking for the best service experience!

Johnny garza went above and beyond and we are not a family who ever does run flat tires but the deal he was able to work out went above and beyond, ultimately went home with a new car and im very happy with my new q6 etron!!!

I would rate them a six star dealership. Navid, Pedro and Steve took a lot of time and effort to show me a range of cars and I have never received this level of Customer delight across any of the dealerships I’ve been to. If you’re ever in the market to buy an Audi, please do not bother going to any other dealership and come straight here. You know you’re in good hands with them. Extremely refreshing to meet genuinely nice people who are not trying to push you something that you’re not interested in. I cannot thank them enough.
