I just got my Alfa last year (different dealer). Quads can be a bit particular so I’ve seen the service team a couple more times than I hoped for. Mason and Nicole are rockstars. Excellent in communicating what’s going on, making sure you’re comfortable with the process, etc. I’ve never had a service experience like it. They’ve made any service I’ve needed a breeze.
